Our Mission
Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. is a 501( c) 3 non-profit organization that serves as the community development and philanthropic arm of Pi Kappa Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Its mission is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to study and to help alleviate problems concerning girls, women and the elderly in order to improve their quality of life and social stature.
Our Programs
The heart of these programs, implemented in conjunction with Pi Kappa Omega chapter, represent a response to the contemporary needs of the African-American and minority communities it serves. Our programs embrace a plan to address empowerment, social justice, human rights and health concerns; both within the United States and abroad through community service programs and support of academic scholarships. Our programs benefit both individuals and organizations that engage in advancing like charitable interests
